SITE & PARKING LAYOUT
The project covers parcels 190 and 491. The existing parking layout is retained; parcel 491 is treated as two independent sub-parking areas, and access and manoeuvring must remain functional.

Confirmed requirements use Γ canopies for single rows and Τ canopies for double rows, with galvanized structural steel, perforated shade fabric, 2.40 m minimum clear height, no photovoltaics and no gutters.
Working assumptions: concept geometry and module dimensions remain preliminary and require design development.
STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Design is based on applicable Eurocodes and Cyprus National Annexes. Wind is considered a critical action; structural sizing and foundation design remain pending. Preliminary assumptions are not final design.
Open design basisTENDER & PROCUREMENT
The procurement approach uses performance-based specifications, supplier and brand neutrality, and technically equivalent solutions. The BOQ and tender package are future project outputs.
